Residential checklist
Deep cleaning checklist
A regular clean maintains a home. A deep clean resets it. The difference is not effort — it is scope: the edges, the build-up and the things that only come off twice a year.
When a deep clean is worth it
Read this firstPlan one when the build-up has become visible: dull grout, greasy cupboard fronts, dust on the vents, or a bathroom that no longer feels clean after a normal wipe-down. Twice a year is typical for a family home; once a year is often enough for a couple in a smaller apartment.
If you are moving in or out, use the move-out checklist instead — it covers handover conditions rather than maintenance.
