Accessibility Statement

Framework Property Care wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard, magnification, or voice control. This statement explains where we are, what we have done, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a target, not a certification, and we do not claim full conformance. We audit the site as we change it and fix the issues we find.

What we have done

• One main heading per page, in a logical order, with landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
• Keyboard access to the navigation, service menu, booking form, and quote form, with visible focus states.
• Text and interface colours chosen for contrast against their backgrounds.
• Alt text on meaningful images, and empty alt text on decorative ones.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels.
• Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
• Text that reflows on small screens and remains readable at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

• Some older guide pages were migrated from a previous platform. A small number of images may still carry weak or duplicated alt text; we are correcting these as we review each page.
• Google reviews embedded on this site are supplied by Google, who control their accessibility.
• Third-party booking and email tools may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will take the booking another way.

Assessment and review

This statement was reviewed in November 2026 against WCAG 2.2 AA. It is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially, and at least once a year.
