If your space has a floor type or a finish that needs specific care, say so at the walkthrough. It is easier to plan for it than to discover it afterwards.
Built around your operating hours
Most commercial work happens after you close, before you open, or in a quiet window in the middle of the day. We schedule around your trading hours and your staff rather than assuming an empty building at 6pm.
Access is agreed in advance: a keyholder, a fob, an alarm code, or a caretaker on site. If access changes, tell us before the next visit so nobody makes a wasted trip.
How quotes are built
A commercial quote is not a per-hour guess. It comes from a short walkthrough and four things: the size of the space, what needs cleaning, how often, and what access looks like.
- Square footage and number of rooms, washrooms and floors
- Floor types and any carpet or hard-surface work
- Frequency — daily, weekly, biweekly, or a one-off handover clean
You get a fixed price for the agreed scope, so a rising hourly rate never appears on an invoice. If the scope changes, the price is re-agreed rather than quietly adjusted.

Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes. After-hours, early-morning and weekend windows are normal for commercial work, and we schedule to keep your staff and customers out of the way.
How is commercial pricing calculated?
From a walkthrough: size, scope, frequency and access. You receive a fixed price for the agreed scope rather than an hourly estimate.
Do you bring equipment and supplies?
Yes. Equipment and cleaning supplies come with us. Consumables such as paper, soap and bin liners are not included in the price.
Do you need a site visit first?
For most spaces, yes — a short walkthrough is the only way to quote honestly. Call or use the quote form and we will arrange one.
Can you work alongside our existing caretaker or cleaning staff?
Yes. Some buildings keep an in-house caretaker for daily touch-ups and bring us in for periodic deep work. We will agree who covers what.
Do you handle one-off cleans, like a handover or a post-renovation clean?
Yes. One-off work is quoted the same way, with the scope agreed before the visit.
