What a recurring clean covers
Every visit follows the same checklist, so the result does not drift. We work kitchen to bathrooms to living space, in that order, because that is the sequence that stops dirt moving back into the rooms you have already cleaned.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop, backsplash and cabinet fronts
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors and chrome, with grout refreshed where build-up shows
- Living areas and bedrooms: dusting of horizontal surfaces, shelves, frames and blinds, then vacuum and mop
- Floors: vacuum throughout, mopped hard surfaces, edges and corners included
- Interior glass and mirrors, light switches, door handles and other high-touch points
- Bins emptied and liners replaced, beds made on request
Supplies and equipment come with us. You do not need to buy or stage anything.
Flat pricing by home size
Pricing is fixed by your bedroom and bathroom count, so the total you see is the total you pay. A two-bedroom two-bath home is $139 whether the clean takes 95 minutes or 2 hours.

Weekly, biweekly or monthly
Most Vancouver households land on biweekly: frequent enough that nothing accumulates, spaced enough that it fits a budget. Weekly suits busy families and rentals with turnarounds. Monthly works for smaller condos and couples who keep on top of things between visits.
Your booking reserves the first visit only. After that we agree a rhythm with you directly — the calendar is not locked into a series you cannot change.
If your home has not been cleaned in a while
A recurring clean is a maintenance clean: it maintains a standard that is already there. If it has been months, or you have just moved in, book a deep clean first and switch to recurring afterwards. Trying to reach a deep-clean standard inside a recurring slot means corners get rushed, which is the opposite of what you are paying for.

Where we clean
Downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Gastown, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, Olympic Village, Kerrisdale, East Vancouver, South Vancouver and Vancouver West. If you are outside those neighbourhoods, check the service area page or call and we will tell you honestly whether we cover you.
Questions
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most customers are not. We arrange access in advance — a lockbox, building concierge, or a key handed over at the first visit. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included in the flat price. If you have a product you specifically want used on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.
Will it be the same cleaner every visit?
We aim for the same crew so they learn your home, but we cannot guarantee one individual on every visit. The checklist is the same either way — that is how the standard holds.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes, with notice. Call or email and we will find another slot in the same week where availability allows.
How do I pay?
After the clean, not before. No card is collected online when you book.
How far ahead do you book?
The online calendar shows live availability for the next 60 days. Requests need approval, so you will get a confirmation email once the time is locked in.
