Buyers form their opinion of a home in the first three seconds of a photograph. This is the clean that gets a property camera-ready before the listing goes live — not after the first showing falls flat.
What listing prep covers
The goal is not a spotless home in the abstract. It is a home that photographs cleanly: bright surfaces, no reflections of fingerprints, no scuff lines behind the camera angle.
- All visible surfaces and countertops cleared of dust and marks
- Kitchen fixtures, stainless steel, cabinet fronts and backsplash polished
- Bathroom glass, mirrors and chrome streak-free — the items that show worst under flash
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, edges and corners included

Why it matters for the listing
Photographs compress every flaw and every highlight. A streaked shower screen or dusty baseboard reads as “not maintained” to a buyer scanning twenty listings on a phone, and that impression survives long after the actual clean has happened. A two-hour prep before the camera arrives is one of the cheapest improvements available to a listing.
It also helps in person: a home that smells and looks cared for tends to be treated more carefully by viewers.
Timing
Book for one to two days before photography, after the stager has finished and before the photographer arrives. If the property is occupied, we work around furniture and belongings rather than asking you to clear the home.
If the home is vacant and has been sitting empty, a move-out standard clean is usually the better starting point, followed by a lighter prep on photo day.

Yes. Tell us the shoot time when you book and we will schedule the clean to finish before it, not during it.
Do you do this while the home is occupied?
Yes. We work around furniture and belongings — no need to empty the property.
How long does it take?
Two hours for a standard property. Larger or heavily furnished homes may need the deep clean configuration instead.
Can you invoice my brokerage?
Call us to arrange this before the visit. The online booking takes payment after the clean, so invoicing is handled separately.
What if the photos are already scheduled for tomorrow?
Check the online calendar for the earliest available time — the notice period will tell you what is possible — and call if you need something outside it.
