Strata checklist
Strata common area checklist
Strata cleaning is judged twice: by residents walking through the lobby, and by a council reading the monthly report. This checklist covers both — the visible standard and the record that proves it happened.
Set the standard before the schedule
Read this firstEvery strata building has a different traffic pattern. A tower with a concierge and a 40-year-old walk-up need different frequencies, even at the same square footage. Agree the standard per area first, then the visits per week.
Attach a photo log to the monthly report. A council that can see the parkade before and after stops debating whether the contractor showed up.
