Residential checklist
Room-by-room cleaning checklist
A professional clean is not “everything at once” — it is a sequence. Work top to bottom, dry to wet, and finish each room before moving on. This is the order our crews use in Vancouver homes.
How to use this checklist
Read this firstWork through one room at a time and start at the highest point you can reach: ceiling fans, light fixtures, the tops of cupboards. Dust falls, so anything below gets done after. Save floors and glass for last.
The times shown assume a typical two-bedroom Vancouver apartment or a small townhouse. Add roughly 25 minutes for each extra bedroom, and more again for move-out or post-renovation work.
01Entry & hallway
02Kitchen
The busiest room in most homes — and the one worth slowing down for.
03Bathrooms
Work from the cleanest surface to the dirtiest so you are not re-contaminating.

06Finishing the home
Do not skip the sequence at the end — it is what makes a clean feel finished.
